Children and Young people
Play therapy and youth counselling is where fun meets healing and learning! Here, children can explore, express, and grow through the power of play. I create a space where children can communicate and understand their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in their own unique way. I help children navigate challenges, build resilience, learn new skills and develop healthy coping skills. Let's embark on a playful journey of self-discovery and healing together!
Carer & Adult Counselling
Parenting and relationships are not always easy—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My counselling service is grounded in attachment theory and a deep understanding of our emotional needs. Together, we’ll explore the behaviours and challenges that come up, helping you build stronger connections—with yourself and those around you. The goal? To give you practical tools and renewed confidence for everyday life. I offer a safe, supportive space where both you and your children can truly thrive.

Neurodiversity
Here, we celebrate and embrace neurodiversity. My positive behaviour support approach is grounded in understanding and respect for neurodiversity and recognising that each person's journey is beautifully unique. Whether you or your child are on the autism spectrum or have ADHD, dyslexia, or any other neurodivergent trait, let's explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges together and embark on a self-discovery, growth, and empowerment journey.
