Therapy for
Children and Young people
I provide a combination of child-centred and structured play therapy for children from 4-12 years of age. I use a more cognitive-behaviroual based approach in conjunction with play therapy that align with child developement theroy for young people above 12 years of age.
In this space, children and young people are able to explore who they are and who they want to be, so they can process and integrate their unique experiences.
Adult and Carer Counselling
Through counselling I support you in exploring how your life experiences might interfere with your relationships with yourself and others. Through understanding your own journey, you can better tune in to your children's needs and improve relationship with everyone else including yourself.
Remember, you can never be or need to be perfect. It is all about being "good enough". My approach is non-judgemental, authentic and inclusive, with a combination of directive and person-centred modalities.

Children's behaviours are unique ways of communication. Here, we celebrate and embrace neurodiversity. My approach is grounded in understanding and respect for neurodiversity and recognising that each child's journey is beautifully unique.
Whether you or your child are on the autism spectrum or have ADHD, dyslexia, or any other neurodivergent trait, I will support you in exploring and understanding their needs so you can use a variety of tools to respond to their behaviours of concern. In behaviour support, I aim to improve the children's quality of life and minimise restrictive practices.
