- 14Unfortunately, counselling services provided by a counsellor (as opposed to a psychologist, mental health social worker, or GP) are not eligible for Medicare rebates. However, my fees are thoughtfully determined to be in line with the out-of-pocket cost people usually pay after receiving a Medicare rebate with a psychologist. This keeps therapy more accessible, even without rebates.

- 18We offer flexible and convenient payment options to suit your needs: NDIS Self-Managed and Plan-Managed Clients: You will receive an invoice after your session. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice. NDIS Agency-Managed or Agency-Funded Clients: No action is required — we claim payment directly through the NDIS portal or the agecny. You don’t need to worry about payment. Private Clients (non-NDIS or agency-funded): You can either pay cash or cards upon arrival. Telehealth and online bookings for private clients: You will recieve an invoice upon booking, we will kindly asked you to pay 48 hours prior to the session time. If you have any questions about billing or payments, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
